Healthy Spook-Tacular Cookies

Here’s a classic chocolate cookie recipe with chocolate chips that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. These cookies are rich, chewy and packed with chocolaty goodness!
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup candy eyes and sprinkles

- Preheat oven to 175° Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy
- Add the eggs, one at a time mixing well after each addition, stir in the vanilla
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt)
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix until combined, try not to overmix, stop when all the flour is mixed
- Drop a dollop of cookie dough onto baking sheet, leaving some space between each
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes and allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, decorate the cookies with eyes made of candy and smarties
- Transfer onto a wire rack to cool completely

Sausage Mummies
Serves :6 Prep time: 10 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes
Ingredients
6 hot dogs
1 packet ready puff pastry sheets
12 sugar candy eyes
1 tbsp ketchup or mustard
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° Celsius
- Spread the puff pastry into a rectangle shape using flour
- Cut the dough into long strips
- Wrap the strips of dough around each hot dog to look like a bandage on a mummy. Make sure the dough crisscrosses and keep a space at the top for the eyes
- Place the wrapped hot dogs on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until the dough is golden brown

Instructions
