The Sweetest Way

Grace Agoubi (13) puts her culinary skills to work as she organises our Yummy Fun love session. In keeping with her leadership skills and team spirit, she works with Jad Dawani (13) and Jida ‘Abboud (9) in creating a an edible gift for mama.

Sweet & Salty Treats 


4 cups frosted vanilla whole grain cereal (Chex Mix)

4 cups cooked popcorn

3 cups pretzels

1 cup vanilla chocolate candy melts

1 cup pink chocolate candy melts

1 cup red milk chocolate drops

¼ cup sprinkles


1. Put parchment paper on the bottom of your glass Pyrex

2. Pour the frosted Chex Mix into your Pyrex

3. Melt the pink chocolate candys

4. Drizzle the pink chocolate on the cereal

5. Add the popcorn and drizzle it with white chocolate

6. Add the pretzels and drizzle them with pink chocolate

7. Drizzle the white chocolate on top

8. Add more pretzels and drizzle with both colors of choclate

9. Drop in the red chocolate drops

10. Decorate with sprinkles

11. Refrigerate for an hour, then take out and cut into small pieces
