This month, let’s  take chocolate cake to the next level with a creamy peanut butter filling for this drip tort. Here’s my secret recipe!

5 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 ½ cups sugar

¾ cup vegetable oil

½ cup yoghurt

½ cup cocoa

1 ¾ cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

For the filling

1 cup heavy cream

¾ cup peanut butter

2 envelopes powder whipping cream

1. Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar until creamy

2. Add oil, then yoghurt

3. Separately, mix coaco with flour and baking powder and then add to batter

4. Line three small cake pans with wax paper, then distribute equal amounts of batter in them

5. Bake in a medium heat oven for 30 minutes

6. Set aside to cool

7. For the filling, beat heavy cream with peanut butter, add powder whipping cream and beat well until stiff. Cool, then put in  fridge for a couple of hours

8. Assemble cake with cream in between each layer and add chocolate chips or crushed chocolate

9. Top tort with your favourite drippy chocolate icing and decorate with chocolate, cookies and savoury sticks
