Vegan or not, add this muhammara recipe to your family menu and party favourites! The subtly sweet and flavour-packed red chilli pepper dip with walnuts is a nice change from your typical hommos offering.
200 g walnuts
4-6 pieces of red chilli pepper
½ cup bread crumbs
4 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tsp salt
¼ cup water
1 tbsp cumin
Olive oil to drizzle
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor in the same order above. For a creamier texture, add more olive oil. Then voila! Your dip is ready to enjoy with crackers or veggies!
